Return Policy
      All merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as a store receipt is enclosed and all tags remain attached to merchandise. Past 30 days merchandise may be returned for store credit only. Past 60 days merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

      When returning or exchanging merchandise customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. KidBiz will re-ship an exchange to you at no charge.

Shipping:
      Special Occasion Wear & Christening Gowns: Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery unless otherwise noted. We will e-mail every order estimated shipping dates. Overnight and rush services are available at your expense. Please contact us at specialrequests@shopkidbiz.com.

      Clothing & Accessories: Allow 7-8 business days unless otherwise informed. Each order will be accompanied by an e-mail alerting customer to availability and shipping projections. E-mail us at specialrequests@shopkidbiz.com with any questions.

International Orders:
      At this time, online orders from KidBiz will only be shipped inside the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and other countries are permitted, but must be made over the phone. Any international order will require the customer to pay the full amount of the shipping and handling charge of the order.
